Speed Drill Workshop
Developing speed is a key feature of the triathletes’ training program. This workshop will deal with developing speed for the run portion of a triathlon.
There are three keys to running fast:
- A big aerobic engine
- Sufficient strength
- understanding and executing running form properly
This workshop will teach you the drills that will help you develop proper running form in order to run your fastest. The workshop will cover:
